Can’t recommend this studio enough. My 8 year old and 4 year old started here in January and over the past 6 months I’ve seen them both come such a long way. ABK helped my kids learn about balance, control, strength, and focus as well as the fundamentals of karate. I think it’s not only a great sport but it sets a good foundation for body control and awareness for any other sport in the future. My 4 year old had never tried anything before and is on the smaller side and he lit up at ABK. He looked forward to Tuesdays and Fridays the most because he was so excited for his lessons. My 8 year old now loves it more than dance, gymnastics or any other activity she’s tried and she is so proud of how strong she’s becoming. The instructors are wonderful – they’re serious when it comes to teaching but you can tell they love their students and in turn the kids have so much fun.
